Powerful peristaltic pump for low product pulsation
The IF3 is a peristaltic dosing pump with a stainless steel housing and and a touch screen. With the pump head DY15 or DY25 you will get a low pulsating flow. The touch screen provides easy operation and a dynamic display of the current state of dosing, flow rate, rpm and settings.
Speed range is 1-350 rpm and flow rate range is 0.1-4340 ml/min.
This pump is the ideel choice for laboratories and industrial production where there is a need of precise dosing and low product pulsation. This can especially be beneficial if your product has a tendency of foaming. It is easy to set the pump for a fixed dosing/dispensing volume with a pause between each dosing and have this repeated many times.
The pump can also be used for continuous pumping.
Function and Features
- A 4.3 inch, industrial grade, true color LCD screen with clear picture quality. Dynamic display of real-time transferring status. The flow rate, motor speed, setting parameters and system configuration display in the same screen.
- You can calibrate the flow rate and dispensing volume to ensure the flow accuracy. The IF3 pump is suitable for high accuracy liquid transferring.
- Micro adjusting function, that allows adjustment of the flow rate during production progress to avoid filling errors caused by tubing fatigue and decrease in elasticity.
- Prime button for washing or filling fluid into the tubing quickly.
- The pump can store op to 60 filling settings.
