Syringe pump for a constant micro flow
The CFSP-I syringe pump is for constantly transferring and dispensing liquids in a micro flow. The CFSP-I consists of one controller and one syringe pump filling unit. The controller has a 4.3 inch industrial color LCD display which is a touch screen. The controller also has small keypads.
You have the possibility to change the filling volume online.
The syringe pump unit has a continuous infusion and withdraw function for continuous high-precision dispensing of liquids.
If is possible to connect a foot pedal or other external control devices to the syringe pump. Please note that the power has to be switched off when connecting external devices.

- 2 pcs. glass syringes of same size (1.0 ml, 2.5 ml, 5.0 ml, 10 ml or 25 ml)
- 2 pcs. valves
- 1 pc 3-way connector
- 5 m of PTFE tubing

- Flow rate: 0.06 µl/min - 70 ml/min (measured with pure water. The length of the tubing at the liquid inlet was less than 1 meter. Tubing ID 1.6 mm)
- Accuracy: ≤ ± 0.05% (maximum stroke 500 µl or more)
- Communication: RS232 and RS485, supports Modbus protocol, RTU mode

- Passive switch signal: Start/pause function. For example: Foot switch
- Active switch signal: Start/pause, stop, washing, initialization function. 5-24 V
