Pump head that is suitable for viscous liquids
The Shenchen YZ2515x pump head makes changing the tubing quick and easy. It has automatic tubing retention and is suitable for 2 sizes of tubing with a wall thickness of 2.4 mm (15# and 24#).
The rollers are made of quality materials with good wear properties and you can choose between a standard PSF housing or a PPS housing with excellent chemical resistance.
Materials
- PSF (Polysulphone material) is white, has good rigidity and high precision. It is usually used in research laboratories and supporting analytical devices. The PSF material can resist temperatures from -100 ℃ to 150 ℃ and can resist corrosion from most inorganic acid, base and salt.
- PPS (Poyphenylene sulfide material) is black and can resist organic solvent corrosion. It is suitable for industrial use and bad working conditions. It has high rigidity and precision. The PPS material can resist temperatures of 200 ℃.
