It is quick and easy to change the tubing on the Shenchen EasyPump pump head. It has automatic tubing retention and it is suitable for various tubing sizes.

The Shenchen EasyPump pump head is available in three versions (III, IV and VI). Depending on the version type you can use tubings with a wall thickness of either 1.6 or 2.4 mm. 
The rollers are made of stainless steel AISI 304 and you can choose between a standard PARA housing or a PPS housing with excellent chemical resistance.

Note: The Schenchen EasyPump pump head is only suitable for the pumps LabN-III, LabV-III and LABF-III.

Pump head that is suitable for various tubing sizes

You can easily change the tubing on the Shenchen EasyPump pump head. It has automatic tubing retention and it is suitable for various tubing sizes.
Shenchen EasyPump pump head III and VI are for tubings with a wall thickness of 1.6 mm.
Shenchen EasyPump pump head IV is for tubings with a wall thickness of 2.4 mm.
The 4 rollers in the pump head are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and you can choose between a standard PARA housing or a PPS housing with excellent chemical resistance.

Materials

  • PARA (Polyarylamide) is white and this material is often used in research laboratories. PARA can resist temperatures from -100 ℃ to +150 ℃ and can resist corrosion from most inorganic acid, base and salt.
  • PPS (Poyphenylene sulfide material) is black and can resist organic solvent corrosion. It is suitable for industrial use and bad working conditions. It has high rigidity and precision. The PPS material can resist temperatures of 200 ℃.
