Powerful Peristaltic Flow Rate Pump with Touch Screen Control
The V6-12L is a powerful peristaltic flow rate pump with 3 operating modes, stainless steel housing and servo motor. It has an industrial grade 4.3 inch true color LCD display and touch screen control.
Speed range is 0.1-600 rpm and flow rate range is 0.00069-12 l/min/channel.
The touch screen provides easy operation and dynamic display of the current state. You get the complete overview of your dispensing task, e.g. dispensing data, setting parameters and system configuration on the same screen.
The pump has three operating modes
- Fixed volume metering function:
By activating this function, the peristaltic pump will measure the liquid volume automatically and it will stop automatically after the volume reaches the set value. During this process, the flow rate can be changed. It is suitable for dispensing liquids in laboratories and chemical reaction processes. - Fixed time and volume function:
By activating this function, the peristaltic pump will transfer a preset volume within a preset time. It is suitable for liquid dispensing in laboratories and industrial production. - Timed start and stop function:
Set the pumps start and stop times freely to achieve automated control.
This meets different transferring and dispensing requirements. It is the ideal choice for industrial production.

- Various external control functions; RS485/RS232 and Shenchen-V-EMB-PGM programmable external control function.
- Intelligent calibration function, which can calibrate the flow rate and dispensing volume to ensure the flow accuracy. Suitable for high accuracy liquid transferring.
- Unique accurate angle control technology - achieve high accuracy dispensing and dosing.
- On-line micro adjusting function, that allows adjustment of the flow rate during production progress to avoid filling errors caused by tubing fatigue and decrease in elasticity.
- Prime button for washing or filling fluid into the tubing.
- Power down memory function that stores the running parameters in time - safe and reliable.
- Automatic temperature control system that reduces the noise of the fan effectively.
- Strong anti-jamming feature with wide voltage design, that is suitable for complex power supply environments.

Pump Head Materials
- PPS (Poyphenylene sulfide material) is black and can resist organic solvent corrosion. It is suitable for industrial use and bad working conditions. It has high rigidity and precision. The PPS material can resist temperatures of 200 ℃
